Welcome!

This survey is all about transportation in Greater Omaha - including Douglas and Sarpy Counties in Nebraska and Pottawattamie County in Iowa. It will take about 10 minutes (or less) to complete.

Before we dive into the questions, we'd like to provide a little background on where we are in building a new transportation strategy for our region.

Where We're At

The Greater Omaha Chamber, in partnership with area businesses, foundations, nonprofits, and public agencies, is working to develop a new Regional Transportation Strategy called ConnectGO

We spent much of 2019 and 2020 talking with thousands of people in our community learning about our region's strengths and challenges.

One major thing we learned is that there is a significant gap between people's preferred modes of transportation and their current methods of transportation. Specifically, many people stated that they currently drive to work, school or entertainment, but they would prefer to take transit, bike, or walk.

This survey will continue where we left off in previous engagement work. We are looking for guidance from you, our region's residents, on what issues are most critical to address as part of the strategy. We look forward to learning more about your thoughts.
