The Randolph County Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) is a long-range plan that identifies major highway recommendations and multimodal transportation (bicycle, pedestrian, and public transportation) improvement needs and develops long-term solutions for the next 25 to 30 years.

The maps and recommendations shown here are DRAFT project recommendations. These concepts will need additional analysis to meet state and federal environmental regulations, to determine final locations and designs, and to be funded for implementation. Local zoning or subdivision ordinances may require the dedication of right-of-way based on the concepts shown on the Comprehensive Transportation Plan and local collector street plans, based on N.C.G.S. § 136-66.2 and § 136-66.10.

HOW TO PROVIDE COMMENTS
1. Click the map image below to go to the ArcGIS Online map or use the link: HIGHWAY RECOMMENDATION MAP.
Click on a project line you want to provide feedback on. A project table pops up. Click 'View' at the top of the table (See the example below)
2. The survey window pops up. Provide your comment and submit the form.
3. Go back to your map and provide your comment for another project if you want to submit another comment. Otherwise, move on to the next tab, the "Bicycle and Pedestrian Recommendations" Tab.
