Safe Streets Together Monterey County is a community safety campaign reminding everyone that Safe Driving is Everyone's Responsibility. As part of Monterey County's Regional Vision Zero Safety Action Plan the campaign supports the Safe System Approach by focusing on one of its key elements: Safe Road Users.

Creating safer streets requires a shared commitment from everyone, whether you're walking, biking or driving. The campaign serves to raise awareness of key traffic safety issues, change behaviors over time, and create a community-driven and supported campaign effort.
