This Transit Oriented Development Planning initiative is an opportunity to help define your community’s future. Together, we are creating three neighborhood plans for Reynolds Avenue, Mall Drive, and Aviation/Remount that strengthen each area’s unique character while supporting stability for existing residents and businesses.  

Building on years of engagement, this short survey helps shape how neighborhoods evolve as Lowcountry Rapid Transit (LCRT) approaches.    

Your input will help inform placemaking strategies, local business support, and affordable housing policy.
