The City of Hendersonville has submitted an application for the development of a parking deck at 422-432 N Church St.
The neighborhood compatibility meeting is the first step in a three-step process. It is a chance for affected property owners to learn more about the project, give input, and ask questions on points that remain unclear. The site plan is subject to recommendation by the Planning Board and approval by City Council. The concept site plan is embedded below.
This neighborhood compatibility meeting will be accesible by the public through Zoom, Facebook live, and telephone. Participation instructions to watch/listen to the meeting virtually and submit comments during the meeting are below.
Comments may be submitted in advance through PublicInput.com and will be addressed by the developer at the meeting. Advance comments must be submitted by 11 am on Monday, August 24 to be considered part of the official record.

In order to comment during the meeting, virtual participants should use the ‘raise hand’ feature or press *9 to raise hand if dialing in.
To meet all regulations while adhering to social distancing guidelines, the City of Hendersonville will provide a space for individuals otherwise unable to access and participate in the Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting. A minimum of ten individuals can be permitted into the Operations Center starting at 1:30 p.m. on May 26, 2020. The maximum number of entrants will be determined by the state’s order on the day of the meeting.
