Participants are asked to give their name and address for the record. Pre-submitted public comments must be submitted by noon on the day of the meeting to be considered by City Council.
November City Council Meeting Participation Information
A meeting of Hendersonville City Council meeting will be held in the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street, Hendersonville NC on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 5:45 p.m.
The Mayor and City Council Members will attend the hearings in person. In-person attendance by the public will also be permitted; however, in compliance Governor Cooper’s Executive Orders and social distancing guidelines, in person attendance of the public will be limited as spacing permits.
Public comment and public hearing comments will be accepted from those attending in person at the designated time at this meeting. The public may also view and verbally comment during designated public comment times live via ZOOM. For security reasons screen sharing will not be allowed. The meeting instructions to join by Zoom are available below. Comment period instructions will also be displayed at the appropriate times during the meeting.
Anyone wishing to submit written public comment prior to the meeting may visit http://www.publicinput.com/hvlmeeting and select the appropriate public comment or public hearing to participate in. Participants are asked to give their name and address for the record and a space is given to submit their written public comment which will be provided to the City Council. Written comments must be submitted by noon on November 5, 2020 to be considered by the City Council.
