The City is in receipt of an application from The Ranier Group, LLC for the development of a hotel containing 70 guest rooms and associated restaurant and meeting space. The project is proposed to be located at 101 N Church St.
This Planning Board meeting will be accessible by the public through Zoom, Facebook live, and telephone. Participation instructions to watch/listen to the meeting virtually and submit comments during the meeting are below.
Comments may be submitted in advance through PublicInput.com and will be addressed by the developer at the meeting. Advance comments must be submitted by 12 pm on Monday, November 9th to be considered part of the official record.
