The Plan is organized into sections for each type of work product along with the public involvement opportunity.  Each includes a description of what it is, why it is important,  the public participation process, publicity, arrangements for accessibility and accommodations, contingency plans, how and when each is reviewed, amended and updated, and references for more detailed information.

Public input during the development of the PEP is essential to make sure the process provides full and open access to all. 

We encourage people to view the draft document either online or request a printed copy and tell us what you think.  The formal public review period runs through January 4, 2021.  Then, the GTC Planning Committee will review a revised version and recommend to the GTC Board for final consideration and adoption.
