Schedule and ticketing
In our first survey, 81 percent of respondents suggested improvements to the Guemes Ferry sailing schedule, and nearly 100 commented about fares and changes to the ticketing system. The following questions help us better understand what changes to the schedule would be most valuable, and what changes to the ticketing system would be practical for most users.
