View the CR-102 Rule Proposal

This rule proposal began as two separate petitions before the Fish and Wildlife Commission.

  • The first petition was  approved by the Commission during the March 15, 2024 meeting. The rule proposal is intended to increase angler opportunity on Fish Lake in Chelan County by lifting the current limit of 25 Yellow Perch. This change will revert the rules for this lake to statewide minimum size/daily limits.  This action will remove this lake from the specal rules section of the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) and pamphlet.

  • The second petition was approved by the Commmision during the April 19, 2024 meeting.  The rule proposal is indnded to extend the current fishing season from the Saturday before Memorial Day through September 30th to the Saturday before Memorial Day through October 31st in Park Lake, Blue lake and Deep Lake in Grant County.

Both of these petition rulemakings have been deligated by the Commission to the Director for adoption.
