Instructions

If you are interested in providing verbal public comment during the Public hearing, the following deadlines are in effect:

  • Registration for public comment closes at least 24 hours prior to the hearing, August 4 2025 at 4 p.m.,
  • The Briefing and Public Hearing will be held on August 5, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. via https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_wYA0kBypQMazNXK-Rn9rZA
  • The Zoom link can also be found on WDFW.WA.GOV Rulemaking Page https://wdfw.wa.gov/about/regulations/development . 
  • Registrants will be called upon (no more "raised hands" will be recognized) and have three minutes to speak unless the Hearing Officer sets a lesser time at the onset of the agenda item.
