HOME Consortium Consolidated Plan (2026)

The Cabarrus, Iredell, and Rowan County area receives annual funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for community development activities to benefit low-to-moderate-income residents.  As the lead for the Cabarrus/Iredell/Rowan HOME Consortium, the City of Concord is seeking input from all residents in the creation of the Annual HOME Action Plan which is due to HUD each May. This is a collaborative process whereby the three-county community establishes a unified vision for affordable housing activities.  Our goal is to receive community-wide input to determine key concerns and ways to address those concerns using our community development funds. Please complete this brief survey and share your input on the services that you feel would address the greatest needs within your community.
