2026 Proposed Stormwater Manual Changes

Charleston County is in the process of updating its Stormwater Permitting Standards and Procedures Manual.  The current manual was last updated in 2017. 

As part of this update, the County is providing an opportunity for interested parties to review the proposed changes and provide comments and feedback.

The 2026 Summary of Stormwater Manual Changes and DRAFT 2026 Stormwater Manual are available for review as part of this survey.  Please review these documents and provide any comments or feedback you have regarding the proposed changes to the 2026 Stormwater Manual.
