Hampton Comcast Service Survey
A subcommittee of the Hampton Cable Committee is reviewing the contractual agreement between Comcast and the Town of Hampton. As part of the renewal process to operate, public comment is requested pertaining to Comcast’s compliance with the terms of the existing franchise, applicable law, and quality of the service (signal quality and response to customer complaints). Additionally, areas for comment include Comcast management and technical expertise, financial capability, and legal ability a cable system.
We would appreciate your opinions on how this arrangement is serving the subscribers in Hampton so we may begin to understand the reasons why some are not subscribers, learn what can be done to satisfy more households, and gain an understanding of the perceived future services desired from a provider such as Comcast.
This survey should take no more than 10 minutes. All results shall be kept anoymous unless you choose to include your name within the comments section. The survey will be available between January 30, 2019 and February 27, 2019.
