PLAN to play for Baileywick Park: Public Workshop #1
Your input and feedback is important to us! The City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department invites you to share your thoughts and ideas during the Baileywick Park planning process. Three park design concepts have been prepared based on the original park master plan and feedback recieved during the situation assessment community preference survey.
Context:
Baileywick Park is an existing 50-acre park located in North Raleigh.
Site:
Many underlying factors influence the potential design and use of Baileywick Park. Natural features and environmental systems shape the way the landscape would be best developed. Existing built features including buildings, utilities, and roads may be preserved, renovated, or removed through the park planning process. This site inventory and assessment is the foundation and beginning point of our park planning process.
Design Concepts:
Please review the following three park design concepts, and indicate which you like or dislike and why.
Park Elements:
Please review the images below that portray park elements included in the master plan concepts.
