The jurisdictions include: Town of Arcadia, Town of Butler, Clyde Village, Town of Galen, Town of Huron, Town of Lyons, Lyons Village, Town of Macedon, Macedon Village, Town of Marion, Newark Village, Town of Ontario, Town Palmrya, Palmyra Village, Red Creek Village, Town of Rose, Town of Savannah, Town of Sodus, Sodus Village, Sodus Point Village, Town of Walworth, Town of Williamson, Town of Wolcott, Wolcott Village.
