The Vision Plan to revitalize Crown Bay and the Sub Base District is complete and the Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) wants to share the final work with the community.   

VIPA will host a public meeting at 5:30 PM on September 5, 2019 to present the Vision Plan and receive your feedback.
