Midtown: From Ideas to Action
Midtown: From Ideas to Action
The Midtown-St. Albans area plan is focused on making Midtown an even better place as it grows and evolves. This survey is designed to help us prioritize proposed improvements for the area, including projects focused on walkability, traffic, stormwater, public spaces, and more.
The questions below reference proposals summarized in the Midtown-St. Albans Options. After reviewing the proposals, this survey should take about five minutes to complete. Thank you for your time! Have a question or don't understand one of our's? Please tell us! Either drop your question in the survey and we will respond, or you can reach out to the Project Manager Jason Hardin directly at Jason.Hardin@raleighnc.gov or 919-996-2657.
The Midtown plan is focused on transportation and other infrastructure improvements. However, it also contains recommendations for land use in a few key areas in addition to those noted above. The intent of those recommendations, which you may have seen in a previous survey, is to provide housing and employment opportunities in key areas where new infrastructure is proposed and to specify the height, scale, and transitions of buildings. View more information about those recommendations.
