This is the first survey of the Madison Master Plan. It will be open from February 2020 to early April 2020.
The Borough of Madison is embarking on a visioning process for a new Master Plan that tackles the challenges and opportunities for future growth, development, and preservation in a rapidly changing world. The Master Plan sets forth the land use policy of the Borough and serves as the framework for the community’s vision based on the synthesis of a wide range of information. A robust community-engagement process is planned over the coming months to inform the plan’s goals, objectives, policies, and recommendations. Surveys are one of a number of outreach tools that will be used as part of the outreach efforts. Please take the survey posted here to contribute to this process. In addition to the online survey, you will find a project timeline, related project documents, future public workshop dates, and other information and updates about the Master Plan on the project website.

To start the survey, please click "Continue" after you enter your contact information below, or click on "Survey Starts/Demographics."
Only your name and email address are required to take the survey and/or to get project updates. You can also choose to login with your Facebook, Twitter, or email accounts. The login screen will appear once you start the survey.
Once you click "Continue" to move on to the next tab in this survey, you will not be able to change your previous responses.
