Diese Reihe ist eine Initiative zur Unterstützung afroamerikanischer Kleinunternehmer und aufstrebender afroamerikanischer Unternehmer mit Informationsmöglichkeiten zur Erhöhung der Beteiligung von African American Business Enterprises (AABE). Diese vierteilige Veranstaltungsreihe bietet auch Tipps und Informationen zur Vertragsnutzung. Diese Workshops umfassen eine Bildungskooperation, die auf die afroamerikanische Gemeinschaft ausgerichtet ist, und werden von einer Partnerschaft zwischen der Stadt San Antonio, dem San Antonio Water System, University Health und CPS Energy präsentiert.
