Raleigh ADU Study: Occupant Survey
Raleigh ADU Study: Occupant Survey
WakeUp Wake County and Raleigh Forward, two local nonprofits, are gathering community input to understand experiences and perspectives on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in Raleigh.
For this study, an ADU is defined as a smaller, self-contained home on the same lot as a primary residence, with its own kitchen, bathroom, and living space.
This survey is for currently living in or have previously lived in an ADU in Raleigh.
If you:
Own an ADU, take the Owner Survey.
Live near an ADU, take the Neighbor Survey.
Do not own, rent, or live near an ADU, take the General Survey.
Build or design ADUs, take the Designer/Builder Survey.
Your experience as an occupant will help us build a clearer picture of how ADUs are working in Raleigh. Thank you for sharing your perspective.
