To receive a free personalized Commute Smart Plan for all your commuting options besides driving alone, please complete this form. If you have questions, contact Commute@raleighnc.gov. For more information see RaleighNC.gov/CommuteSmart. A Commute Smart Consultant will review the form and provide you with a personalized commute plan to save you money and give you a greener way of commuting to work. *Your information will only be used to provide information about your commute options (carpool, vanpool, bus, etc.). No personal information is shared with any outside source.

Each commute plan is carefully vetted and during high volume times it may take up to 2 weeks for a plan to be prepared.
