What is the project?
The City of Brook Park held a public open house on October 28, 2025, seeking input on a proposed infrastructure improvement project located in the City of Brook Park, Cuyahoga County.
The project includes improvements to the roadway system around the proposed redevelopment of the site located north of Snow Road and West of I-71. This includes potential improvements to I-71 Northbound, I-71 Southbound, Snow Road, Engle Road, Five Points Road, and a pedestrian bridge over Engle Road. The infrastructure improvements are intended to increase safety, improve access to the redevelopment site, and limit traffic congestion on I-71, Snow Road, and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Construction is expected to begin in Spring of 2027.
