- Proposed Zoning: R-6-CU-NCOD and RX-5-GR-CU
- For a 50' by 150' portion of the site bordering Watauga Ave, the proposed zoning is Residential 6 units per acre (R-6), with the same neighborhood conservation overlay (NCOD) and conditions (CU)
- For the remainder of the site, the proposed zoning is Residential Mixed Use 5 stories (RX-5) with Green Frontage (GR) and conditions (CU). UDO Chapter 3 includes information on all mixed use districts. UDO Section 3.4.6 details the Green Frontage requirements.
