The mission of the Multimodal Transportation Commission (MMTC) is to assist the City in furthering, advancing, and promoting a comprehensive and integrative transportation system that incorporates multimodal concepts, including but not limited to transit, bicycle, and pedestrian facilities, greenways, complete streets, and highways. Due to Tropical Storm Helene's impact and the City's focus on recovery efforts it has been decided that all advisory and quasi-judicial boards staffed by City employees and all Council Committees are suspended for the remainder of 2024.
