The Fire and Police Pre-Funded Health Care Trust Fund – San Antonio provides comprehensive health care benefits for the City of San Antonio's police officers, firefighters, retirees, and their beneficiaries. The Board of Trustees of the Fire and Police Pre-Funded Health Care Trust Fund – San Antonio consists of two active Fire Representatives, one retired Fire Representative, two active Police Representatives, one active Fire Representative, and two members and two City Councilmembers appointed by the Mayor.
