The North Carolina Main Street and Rural Planning Center has selected the Town of Zebulon as its next Downtown Associate Community (DAC). Zebulon was selected from a pool of qualified applicants through a highly competitive application process. The DAC program provides communities with staff assistance and tools to build a sustainable organizational foundation. This is an exciting opportunity for the Town of Zebulon to obtain expert assistance as Downtown revitalizing efforts continue.
