Question title

WAC 220-340-030 Shellfish harvest logs

Proposal: Update formatting to make section easier to navigate; re-structure to remove redundant terms to allow for simplification. Clarify that fishers must obtain a pink shrimp trawl permit in addition to a pink shrimp trawl license per RCW 77.15.750. One of the permit requirements is the stipulation that permit holders must maintain a log book provided by the Department. WAC 220-340-030 needs to be corrected so as to not conflict with the permit requirement. Update logbook reporting addresses with current staff locations. Update Puget Sound shrimp logbook data requirements. Add missing requirements for squid from co-management plan.
