The meeting room is located on the first floor and is accessible for people who use a wheelchair. Interpreting services are available upon request. Paper copies of the presentation and meeting materials can be provided upon request.

Public parking is available in the Sister Cities Parking Garage, nearby surface lots or on the street. The closest RTS bus stops are Main & Montgomery Stop ID: 2471 and Main & Fitzhugh Stop ID: 2442. Bicycle racks are provided. BikeShare/Scooter rentals are offered seasonally.

2025 GTC Planning Committee Meeting Calendar


Planning Committee meetings will be held in a hybrid format with the option for members/alternates and the general public to join in-person or participate remotely.  

Meetings will be held in the first floor conference room of the Monroe County CityPlace building, located at 50 West Main Street in Rochester, NY.
