Rt 78/98 – Arcade and Attica Railroad, Town of Java
(TIP # H20-63-WY2, PIN 493419) – NYSDOT
Add a New Project with a Total Cost of $389,550 ($389,550 Federal);
Add a FFY 2022 Detailed Design phase of $32,550 ($32,550 Federal);
Add a FFY 2023 Construction phase of $357,000 ($357,000 Federal).
The source of Federal funds is the Railway-Highway Crossings (Section 130), managed by NYSDOT Main Office. The Federal Share in excess of 90% is provided via Toll Credits earned by NYS.
