This rezoning request would permit 20-story buildings to be built and allow office, residential, and commercial uses. The request also removes an overlay district that regulates setbacks, building placement, and building height. Proposed zoning conditions limited building height to 12-stories on the portions of property zoned with the NCOD. 

  • Existing Zoning: OX-3-DE w/ NCOD (N Boylan), DX-3-SH 

  • The existing zoning districts are Office Mixed Use-3 Stories-Detached Frontage with the North Boylan Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District (OX-3-DE w/ NCOD), and Downtown Mixed Use-3 Stories-Shopfront Frontage (DX-3-SH).   • Proposed Zoning: DX-20-SH
