This study will consist of multiple phases which will be punctuated by public workshops and meetings in 2025-2026. The goal is to assess the feasibility of constructing a separated bike lane on 12th Street from Walnut Street to Harrison Street in the City of Wilmington and develop a concept design and cost estimates which would be used to budget this improvement for future project development through DelDOT or City of Wilmington programs.
