TUESDAY TRAFFIC JAM! WEBCAST WINS AWARD
![](https://publicinput.com/img/k3licxyj2bknaya9f1is_1000_1000.PNG)
Tuesday Traffic JAM! was named as the runner-up for TRB's 15th Annual John and Jane Q. Public Competition!
The John and Jane Q. Public Competition is hosted by the Transportation Research Board (TRB), which promotes the exchange of research and knowledge in the transportation field. The John and Jane Q. Public Competition seeks to recognize new and innovative ways of communicating technical transportation concepts to a non-technical public.
Tuesday Traffic JAM! has been a great success in communicating the MPO's plans and studies to the region's citizens. TTJ! webcasts allow the MPO's planners to give visual representation to planning concepts while giving a face to the organization's staff. The TTJ! newsletter has been a great way to supplement the webcasts while providing weekly updates to transportation news in the region.
