City of Charlotte TOD Workshop
The 2019 TOD Alignment Rezoning affects over 1,500 parcels on the Blue Line light rail corridor that have a recommended future land use of transit oriented development in an adopted transit station area plan. These parcels are now zoned to one of the TOD districts identified as being most appropriate for each parcel, either TOD Urban Center (TOD-UC), TOD Community Center (TOD-CC), TOD Neighborhood Center (TOD-NC), or TOD Transitional (TOD-TR).
To learn more about the uses and development standards (i.e. dimensional, design, parking, public realm, etc.) permitted in each TOD District, we invite you to a workshop where staff will present the new TOD districts and end with a question and answer session.
