Serve your community: Apply for the Independent Redistricting Commission

The City of Menlo Park seeks residents to apply for the Independent Redistricting Commission. This is the body that sets the electoral boundaries for City Council districts following the 2020 census. The commission will be comprised of seven members and two alternates. Alternates may not vote, but will participate fully in meetings and must meet all of the same qualifications and standards as other commissioners. Programs and services continue during Menlo Park Community Campus construction

The City of Menlo Park continues to provide services to the community during construction of the new Menlo Park Community Campus facility. The Belle Haven Youth Center (afterschool child care) has temporarily relocated to a portable facility located at the end of Kelly Park. Menlo Park’s Senior Programs have temporarily relocated to the Arrillaga Family Recreation Center with additional space in the Main Library. Costumes, candies, spooky decorations...are you getting ready to celebrate Halloween? As children are excited for the big day, they may easily be distracted. Reimagine SamTrans meeting to share proposed network changes

The Reimagine SamTrans project is an analysis of SamTrans’ bus system in San Mateo County, with the goal of proposing network changes to better the rider experience. Over the last year, SamTrans has proposed various route alternatives that aim to improve efficiency based on factors such as route coverage, frequency and regional connections.
