Through strategic placemaking, the City of San Antonio is investing in our community's visual landscape and we want local professionals to lead the way. Applications are now open for the biennial Prequalified Public Art List through the City's Department of Art & Culture.
Being on this list means you have been vetted and approved to work on upcoming public art projects, should you be selected for projects. Instead of starting the application process from scratch for every single project, you are placed on a list of trusted professionals.
This list only opens every other year. Don't miss this opportunity to grow your business portfolio.

The City of San Antonio has launched Downtown Thursday, a pilot program offering a weekly lineup of arts, culture, music, food and family-friendly experiences every Thursday night through August 27, 2026. Downtown Thursday offers opportunity to use discounts from local area businesses, as well as free parking after 5 p.m. in City-owned parking facilities.
Plus, you can explore the Downtown Thursday destinations by using free complimentary rides by The Local SATX.

U.S. Chamber of Commerce CO—100
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce's CO—100 recognizes and celebrates America's top small businesses. A grant of $25,000 is up for grabs, and the competition also awards smaller $2,000 grants to 10 additional businesses. Enter your business in up to five award categories, from innovation and marketing to global expansion and company culture. Applications close July 23.
