Where are we with the Housing Choice for Complete Community text amendment conversation?

On January 25, Council opened a legislative hearing for the Housing Choices for a Complete Community Land Use Management Ordinance Text Amendment.  On February 22, staff will recommend that the Council close the hearing and take no action at this meeting.  This will allow for additional public engagement and research.  Staff plans to return to Council in Spring 2023 to open a new legislative hearing.
