Frederick County Treasury and Permitting Lobby to Reopen Tuesday, January 20
Reopening Comes After Renovations to the Building

FREDERICK, Md. – The Frederick County Division of Planning and Permitting and the Treasury Department will reopen 30 North Market Street to walk-in traffic on Tuesday, January 20 following the completion of security renovations in the building’s lobby.

This County-funded project was undertaken to enhance safety and security for both staff and members of the community. The renovations are part of Frederick County’s ongoing commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for those conducting business at County facilities.

In addition to the physical improvements, a new visitor management system has been implemented to support a more secure and efficient check-in process for all visitors.

Frederick County thanks the community for its patience and cooperation throughout the renovation period and looks forward to welcoming the public back to 30 North Market Street.
