A Portion of Bowers Road to be Closed During the Day on August 11 and 12

FREDERICK, Md. - The Frederick County Department of Highway Operations will close Bowers Road between Rock Creek Drive and Drought Spring Drive for approximately two days beginning Monday, August 11, weather permitting. This closure will be a day closure between 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. A signed detour will be in place. People who live on Bowers Road will be able to access their homes.
