Brassiewood Dr. Phase 2  South Pleasant Valley Rd. Outfall

August 31, 2026 | Williamson Creek | CIP ID: 5789.144

Dear Neighbor,

We have an update about the construction schedule for Williamson Creek Brassiewood Dr. Phase 2  South Pleasant Valley Rd Outfall (ID 5789.144). We want to let you know that we have resolved the traffic control plan conflict with the other project in the area. This means we can now begin preparing for construction in early September.

What happened:

• The construction start date was delayed because another active project overlapped with our planned work area at South Pleasant Valley Road and William Cannon. In other words, both projects needed to use the same road space for detours and lane shifts, and they couldn’t safely happen at the same time.

• That conflict has been resolved, and we expect to start work in early September.

What’s next:

Starting in early September, you will see the traffic controls set up in the area. This may include road or lane closures. You will also see crews beginning construction setup and mobilization.

We apologize for the delay, and we appreciate your patience.

If you have any questions, please reach out.

Thank you!
