Dick Nichols and Beckett Meadows
Pond Rehabilitation Construction Update
April 2025

The Dick Nichols and Beckett Meadows Pond Rehabilitation project will rehabilitate a retention pond at Dick Nichols District Park and a wet pond behind the Oak Hill Library/Beckett Meadows in the Williamson Creek Watershed. Construction is currently underway at the retention pond in Dick Nichols District Park, and this phase of the project is expected to be substantially completed by late summer 2025.

- The pond has been filled to the top of the berm elevation
*Berms are raised areas of the landscape.
