Pedestrians

February 15: Hot Chocolate 15K, 10K, 5K 

The event begins at 7 a.m. and concludes at 12 p.m. on N Caldwell St. They will travel from N Caldwell St at E 8th St through Phifer Heights, Villa Heights, Plaza Hills, Plaza Midwood, and return to First Ward. Please visit website for all route maps. 

Event organizers expect approximately 3,500 attendees.

February 22: Pajamas All Day 5K 

The event begins at 8:30 a.m. and concludes at 10:30 a.m. on Blakeney Professional Dr. They will travel from Blakeney Professional Dr to Rea Rd, through Landen Meadows, to Ardey Kell Rd, and return to Blakeney Professional Dr.  

Event organizers expect approximately 800 attendees.

March 1: 2025 Corporate Cup Half Marathon, 5K, Fun Run 

The event begins at 7:30 a.m. and concludes at 10:30 a.m. on S Mint St. They will travel from S Mint St at MLK Jr Blvd through Midtown, Colonial Heights, Myers Park, Dilworth, South End, and return to S Mint St. Please visit the website for all route maps.  

Event organizers expect approximately 2,500 attendees.

March 8: 2025 Corvian Cardinals 5K 

The event begins at 4 p.m. and concludes at 6 p.m. on S Mint St. They will travel from Corvian Community School to Johnston Oehler Rd, Jimmy Oehler Rd, and return on the same route.  

Event organizers expect approximately 300 attendees.

March 8: 2025 Run Jen Run 5K 

The event begins at 8 a.m. and concludes at 9:30 a.m. at Symphony Park. They will travel down Barclay Downs Dr, Scofield Rd, Hatherly Rd, Manning Dr, Iverness Rd, Ferncliff Rd, Colony Rd, Roxborough Rd, Carnegie Blvd, and return to Symphony Park.  

Event organizers expect approximately 800 attendees.

March 8: Highland Creek 5K 

The event begins at 9 a.m. and concludes at 1 p.m. at Highland Creek Elementary School. They will travel down Highland Creek Parkway, Beauvista Dr, and return on Highland Creek Parkway.  

Event organizers expect approximately 350 attendees.

March 15: Lucky Day 7K Run 

The event begins at 8 a.m. and concludes at 9:30 a.m. at Brixham Park. They will travel down Ballantyne Corporate Place, Upper Ave, and return on the same route through the Brixham Corporate Park.

March 18: CMS buses at Blumenthal 

The shows begin at 10:15 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. and lasts for roughly 45 minutes. School buses will be parked on 5th Street between Tryon Street and College as well as on Tryon Street between 3rd and 9th Street. All buses should be out by 1 p.m. 

March 22: No Man’s Land Festival 

The event begins at 11 a.m. and concludes at 5 p.m. on Camden Road.   

Camden Road between Tremont Avenue and East Blvd will close at 7 a.m. and will reopen at 7:30 p.m.  

Event organizers expect approximately 2,500 attendees.

March 28: Charlotte Knights Opening Day Fan Fest 

This event begins at 5 p.m. and concluded at 7 p.m. 

Mint Street between Third Street and MLK Jr. Blvd will close at 4 p.m. and will reopen at 8 p.m.  

Event organizer expects approximately 3,000 attendees.
