Completed Work:
- Installed dividing partitions in classrooms.
- Installation of interior shelving and cabinetry.
- Windows and doors tested to ensure water resistance and airtight seals.
- Dance studio flooring installed.
Ongoing Work:
- Zocalo paving 80% complete.
- Installation of Sculpture Garden granite path.
- Landscaping.
- Installation of granite walking paths.
- Installation of interior flooring.
- Exterior and interior lighting installation.

"Taco" was our resident at the MACC last summer who loved to walk around the site to make sure we were working. Taco was re-homed last year and spent the fall traveling and enjoying her retirement. Here she is enjoying one of her new couches!
Announcements:
- Large construction equipment will continue to remove materials off the construction site. Work hours will adhere to the City's noise ordinance.
- The Confluence, a separate public/private partnership project, has increased activities at the ESB MACC.
- The parking lot is the construction access point for the east side of the creek delta.
- There are trail detours because of the trail enhancements.
- Additional project information and temporary trail detours can be found on The Confluence project website.
- The roundabout and driveways of the MACC continue to experience elevated traffic and congestion due to the volume of work in the area by developers. Please exercise caution while in this district.

- This is an active construction site. For the safety of the public, unauthorized entry is not permitted.
Construction Schedule Milestones:
- Construction Start – August 28, 2023
- Anticipated Construction Substantial Completion – Late Summer 2025
- Anticipated Grand Re-Opening – November 1, 2025
