January 2026

Short-term overnight concrete work

Austin Resource Recovery and Austin Fleet Mobility Services are continuing construction of the Northeast Service Center at 8301 Johnny Morris Road to support City operations.

Starting the week of January 19, a brief, approximately two-week period of limited overnight work will occur due to concrete pours. During this time, intermittent nighttime noise is possible when work is occurring closest to the neighborhood. After this work is complete, construction will return to standard hours of 7 a.m.–7 p.m.

All work will follow City regulations and approved construction requirements. We appreciate your patience during this brief portion of construction.
