Building restoration and site improvements at the Elisabet Ney Museum continues, the project remains on schedule.
Completed Work
Work In Progress
- Masonry restoration.
- Interior weatherproofing.
- Shop drawings and submittals for building and bridge steel components are under review.
- Removal of mechanical system components.
- Trenching in progress to bring power to the new bridge.
- Plaster restoration around windows and doors and other areas requiring stabilization.
Upcoming Work
- Building of the masonry stabilization wall in the creek.
- Fabrication of structural components for new rooftop mechanical equipment.
- Fabrication of the new bridge and mechanical duct work.
- Mechanical, electrical, lighting and plumbing installation.
- Off-site fabrication of the bridge.
- Reinstallation of ceilings.

Ceiling and lighting removed for new duct work installation.

Drilling piers for bridge.

Pouring bridge abutment.

Bridge landing foundation poured.

Weatherization of crawl space.
