The City Council seeks your input on what Menlo Park should prioritize for fiscal year 2025-26.
Your input is the first step in helping the City Council understand the high-level priorities of our community. Your feedback will be presented during the City Council Priority Setting Workshop Saturday, March 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
City Council Priorities Survey
Please respond to this survey by Friday, March 7.
At the workshop, the City Council will discuss the City's Environmental Justice Element, issues related to Downtown like economic development and street closures, and overall top priorities for the upcoming fiscal year.
Last fiscal year, the City Council identified four top priorities with the help of many community members who shared their input.
- Climate action - mitigation, adaptation and resilience
- Emergency and disaster preparedness
- Housing
- Safe routes
Activating downtown / economic development was also included as a top priority in the past.
Identifying top priorities helps the city manager create a work plan of projects for the year. Many of the projects take multiple years to plan, fund, and complete.
Complete the City Council Priorities Survey by March 7 to share your thoughts on the top priorities for the City of Menlo Park.
