The development agreement is still in effect, and the City will continue to review the applicant’s compliance with the terms of the development agreement annually. | Submit comments on the 1005 O'Brien Drive and 1320 Willow Road Project Draft EIR by May 18

Wednesday, April 1, the City released the Notice of Availability (NOA) and Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed 1005 O’Brien Drive and 1320 Willow Road project. The release of the Draft EIR begins a 45-day comment period required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The City is requesting comments on the Draft EIR with the comment period starting Wednesday, April 1, and ending at 5 p.m. Monday, May 18. Written comments should be submitted by email to Senior Planner Chris Turner at CRTurner@menlopark.gov or by letter to Chris Turner, Community Development (701 Laurel St., Menlo Park, CA 94025).
