Utility Billing Updates

We appreciate your patience as town staff continues to adjust to our new utility billing software and online portal. While we look forward to the new features available for both staff and customers, the transition has certainly come with challenges.

Our priorities continue to include:

  • Returning to typical 30-day billing periods (we anticipate this to happen in the next couple of billing cycles)
  • Filling vacant positions and hiring additional customer staff, helping us respond as quickly as possible to customer service calls and 'Contact Us' forms
  • Working with our new billing software vendors to identify and correct issues in the online portal
  • Sharing helpful information through various channels (website, email, video, in person, etc.)

Keep up with the latest utility billing info...
