Support Menlo Park Restaurants this week by participating in the third annual Peninsula Restaurant Week through Saturday! Embarcadero Media's Peninsula Foodist and The Six Fifty have come together to bring special menu items from 113 peninsula restaurants.

Middlefield striping pilot nearing completion

Over the last two weeks, contractors have completed most of the pilot restriping of Middlefield Road. Between about Seminary Drive and Santa Margarita Avenue, there is now a single automobile travel lane in each direction and a center turn lane to access driveways. The pilot used paint, making it possible to reconfigure the striping in the future with minimal impacts to the new pavement... Click to continue

Solid waste and water discount program extended through June 30

The City Council extended the rate assistance program for those suffering financial hardship. The extended program runs through June 30, 2023. Qualified households may receive a 20% monthly discount on solid waste service from Recology San Mateo County and a fixed monthly discount equivalent to 50% of the 5/8 meter service charge on water service from Menlo Park Municipal Water...
