Dear Apex Utility Cycle 1 Customer,
Your December utility bill is now available to view. Log into the eSuite online portal to view your utility usage and bill amount.
You can find answers to commonly asked questions about utility billing at www.apexnc.org/billing.
Due Date
This bill is due on December 28th. The town will not apply any late payment penalties, or disconnect accounts due to nonpayment, while we work through the impacts from recent utility billing issues.
Bank Draft Changes
The bank draft for this bill will occur no earlier than December 30th.
If you are enrolled in bank draft, and would like to make any changes to your draft settings (opting out, updating your bank account, etc.) complete the form linked below.
The deadline to submit the Bank Draft form is Monday, December 16th.

Holiday Closures
Town offices will be closed December 24th - 26th and January 1st. Trash and recycling service will be delayed by one day for Wedesday - Friday routes during those weeks.
